Project scopes, milestones, timelines, and financial terms will be meticulously detailed in separate mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or master service agreements governing individual engagements.
We respect ownership. Upon full payment for our custom development services, the specific, bespoke intellectual property (including final application code and exclusive UI designs) created explicitly for your project transfers to you. However, BitByHuman retains all rights to our pre-existing proprietary tools, fundamental architectural frameworks, generic methodologies, and internal libraries used to accelerate and solidify your product's digital foundation.
As per our manifesto, we proudly integrate advanced AI and modern code-generation architectures within our workflow. You acknowledge that our services leverage these sophisticated systems. Crucially, these tools act strictly under the unique intuition, guidance, and rigorous quality assurance of our expert human developers to ensure the end product remains organic, secure, and uniquely crafted.
We build with empathy and trust. Any sensitive business logic, proprietary algorithms, or trade secrets shared with us during the scoping and development phases are treated with the highest level of confidentiality, functioning seamlessly alongside any formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) established between us.
While we engineer with absolute rigor and test relentlessly, digital environments are complex and constantly evolving. We deliver software "as is" and "as available," meeting the exact specifications of our agreed technical scopes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bitbyhuman (SMC-Pvt) Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our deliverables, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
